Make 4 treat card/gift box for a Valentine sweetheart.

New Favorite Products and Projects

These two products are becoming one of my favorite to try and use on projects.
The Glitter Gel is great for outlining or tracing things.  $2.95
The Prisma Glitter you sprinkle over your glue and it adds sparkle and shine.  $4.95

Here are a couple of cards I prepared for my Valentine Workshop this Saturday.
This one has the Prisma Gliiter.
The base of the cards design was created by using individual stamps.
This card I used the glitter gel to outline the heart shamrock.  I also used it to dot the corners of the Love label to look like diamond brads.
Until later....Happy stamping and papercrafting!

Gift Box/Card

I created my own template from a design idea I found on inkingidaho.blogspot.com that I just thought was adorable.  I was so proud of myself it only took two tries to get the patter right.  :)  I did figure out that I should have decorated the box BEFORE I assembled it.  LOL...I'll know better next time.

I have scheduled a workshop for February 5th from 12:30 to 3:30 pm to concentrate soley on this project.  You will be able to make 4...I repeat 4 of these great little gift box/cards for just $8.00, which includes all materials even the candy.  :)  We will be using sets from the new Idea Book which will be available to view on my website February 1st.

What a great little gift to give a co-worker, sister, BFF, mom or niece.

Don't forget I'm having a Valentine Workshop this Saturday the 22nd from 12:30 to 3:00.  I've got the projects prepared and will be having 4 workstations.

Until later, as always, Happy Stamping & Papercrafting!

Valentine Archives

I remembered a project I did for the kids last year I thought I would share.
This is a plastic jar I purchased in a 3 pack from Michael's on sale.
The embellishments were cut out with the Cricut.
Then I just filed with CANDY!

Valentine Project

Valentine's Day
will be here before you know it.

Below is a simple Valentine's gift or seasonal decoration for your home.
An inexpensive black frame from Wal-Mart or Dollar General.
5x12 piece of background paper, which I stamped with CTMH Petal Ink using the CTMH "Soul Mates" stamp set which is in the new book.  I'm chomping at the bit for them to come in.
The purple paper is from a stash of Creative Memory paper I had on hand.
Letters were made using the Cricut and Stonescript Font at 2" on white cardstock
then sponged with CTMH Cotton Candy Ink.
The swirls were stamped with CTMH Petal Ink on white cardstock and cut out.
I always use the CTMH Bonding Memories broad tip glue stick.  LUV IT!!!
I go through about 2 per month.

This is a project you can do a couple of different holiday design, store in the frame and change out during the different holidays.  This would make a GREAT inexpensive and thoughtful gift for someone.
You could do a Happy Birthday page and gift to someone on their birthday.

As always.....Happy Stamping and Papercrafting!
