A new card style....

WOW! Has it really been 11 days since I posted anything!
Now that Christmas is over, while I enjoyed using the "A Timber" stamp set
I am ready to use some different ones.

Below is a "Waterfall" card that I found and created for a friend.  While it looks complicated it was really rather easy.  The hardest thing was to decide which stamp sets to use.

The background paper was created using the Thoughts of You stamp set in Petal and Garden Green Ink 2nd generation stamping technique.

I stamped images uncentered to give the flip cards more interest.

Day 12 of 12 Days of Christmas

Here's my last gift idea for Christmas for you guys.
Inside the box is a variety of 6 cards the recipient can use throughout the years.

The tag is turned around so the recipient won't know what they are going to be getting. :)
It of course coordinates with the tree image on the front of the box.
This matchbox was created using the Mistletoe Paper Collection and the A Timber stamp set, Inks Used:  Garden Green, New England Ivy, Cranberry.  All from Close to My Heart.

Below is the box template:
It took one 12x12 sheet of New England Ivy Cardstock for the Base and two 8 1/2 x 11 Off White sheets of cardstock for the cover.

Happy Stamping and Paper crafting!

Day 11 of 12 Days of Christmas

Here's a little idea to dress up your water bottles for a get together for any occassion.

Use a 2x5 piece of cardstock.  Score it at 2", cut a circle or oval on this section.  Add a 1 3/4" x 3" patterned paper. And wah lah!

Day 10 of 12 Days of Christmas

Can you say "Too Cute!"
This is another gift cardholder.
With a little modification they could make really cute ornaments for the tree too!
I printed the template off then glued to some cardstock before cutting it out so I could have the template to reuse over and over again.
I will try to post the template later.  It is in a .pdf format and am not able to change to upload.  :(

Day 7 of 12 Days of Christmas

This great little gift bag was made using a lunch sack.
Perfect for delivering homemade goodies in!
Cut the lunch sack down to 6" tall.
Then cut 2 pieces from cardstock - one at 5 1/4" x 6" (front) and one at 5 1/4" x 8" (back)
Score the back piece at 6" for fold over to front and trim edge with decorative scissors.
Decorate the front of the bag however you desire.
Punch 2 holes at the top to run a piece of ribbon through.

Happy stamping and papercrafting!

Day 6 of 12 Days of Christmas

Another gift cardholder - this one is really cute too!  It is a bookstyle.  I just had to share.
Hard to see but I used glitter gel around the outside of the tree.
